Everything an agency asks before signing — pricing, what the AI does on its own, where leads come from, and how bookings close the loop. Where the answer is no, it says no.
$159.50 per month. Pricing is per account: $29 for the first one and $14.50 for every additional account, which is 50% off. Paid yearly the same 10 accounts cost $1,595 a year, because annual is billed as ten months.
Self-serve goes up to 20 accounts. Above that, talk to us.
No. There is one plan and every feature is in it — AI replies, lead sourcing, warmup, the unified inbox and the booking integration. The only thing that changes with price is how many Instagram accounts you run.
Nothing is held back for an upgrade, so you never discover mid-campaign that the feature you need costs more.
Yes — 30 days with one outreach account and no card required. 30 days rather than the usual 7 for a reason: a brand new Instagram account spends its first days in warmup, and a 7-day trial would end before you ever saw a real campaign run.
Yes, from the billing portal, and you keep access until the period you already paid for ends. Changing account count is also self-serve and prorated.
Both — you decide per agent. In draft mode every reply waits for your approval and you can edit it before it goes. In auto mode the AI sends on its own.
Even in auto mode only warm intents (booking and interested) send automatically. A question, an objection or anything ambiguous is always drafted for a human. That is deliberate: those are the moments where a wrong reply costs you the deal.
Yes. Every inbound reply is classified as interested, question, booking, objection, not interested or neutral. Interested, question and booking count as qualified, and the lead's pipeline stage advances on its own as the conversation moves.
There is no numeric 0-100 fit score on cold leads before contact — if that is what you mean by scoring, we do not have it.
Yes. An objection is a first-class intent, so the AI engages instead of dropping the thread. By default an objection reply is drafted rather than auto-sent, because a human line usually converts better there. You can switch that off.
Yours. You write the agent's full system prompt — company, offer, proof, tone, rules. There is a playground to test an agent against a mock conversation before it ever touches a real prospect, and you can A/B split two agents on one campaign to see which books more.
The AI always replies in the language the prospect wrote in.
Yes. Set the booking link once for the workspace or per agent — useful when each client or setter has their own calendar. The AI drops it in when the prospect signals they are ready, not in the opening message.
Yes. Connect Calendly or Cal.com in settings and we take their webhook, so a confirmed meeting flows back into the workspace as a fact, not a guess.
Every booking link the AI sends is stamped with a token unique to that conversation, which is how a booking is matched back to the exact Instagram thread that produced it. If someone books from an unstamped link we fall back to matching on the handle or email they entered. A booking we cannot match is still recorded and flagged, never silently attached to the wrong lead.
Yes, and in two independent ways. Any reply at all ends that lead's follow-up sequence, and a confirmed booking cancels every remaining step even for leads who never replied in the DM.
Marking a lead rejected or do-not-contact blocks re-contact across every list and campaign in the workspace.
Yes — a booked stage sits between interested and converted, and the webhook moves the lead there by itself. Stages only ever move forward, so a booked lead is never quietly demoted by later campaign activity.
A cancellation notifies you but does not roll the lead backwards. What a no-show means is your call, not an automation's.
On the happy path, yes: reply, qualify, send the link, detect the booking, stop follow-ups, move the lead to booked. Nobody has to touch it.
Off the happy path it stops for you on purpose. A pricing question or an objection is drafted rather than sent, and a booking that cannot be matched to a lead is flagged rather than guessed at. Full autonomy on the parts that are safe to automate, a human on the parts that are not.
From sources you configure, plus anything you bring yourself. Concretely:
Not with a number. What you get is the AI intent on every conversation, an automatic pipeline stage, tags, and up to ten custom fields you define — all filterable, sortable and exportable.
If your question is really "who should I answer first", the intent classifier already does that job.
Yes, with a mapping step: point each column at username, status, tags, notes or one of your custom fields. The delimiter is detected for you. You can also just paste a list of handles, and export back to CSV at any time.
No. Your account runs through the instaoutreach Chrome extension, inside your own browser, on your own internet connection. There is no proxy to rent, set up or pay for, and your account never shares an IP with another customer's.
No. The extension uses the Instagram session you are already logged into in that browser. It never logs in and never sees your Instagram password. All we need is your Instagram username.
You sign in to the extension once with your instaoutreach email and password. That is used one time to create a key for that browser and is not stored.
It drives the real Instagram interface in your browser with human-paced clicks, typing and scrolling, not a private API. It follows the same campaigns, sequences, daily limits and active hours you set in the dashboard.
The moment you touch the Instagram tab it stops and waits for you. You can also pause it any time from the side panel or the toolbar popup.
Two sites only. On instagram.com it reads the page and clicks, types and scrolls to carry out your campaign actions. On instaoutreach.com it asks what to do next and reports the results.
It has no access to any other site, your browsing history, your bookmarks or your saved passwords.
The hard cap is 75 a day per account. The default daily limit is 40, and you can set it lower per account.
Each connected browser drives one Instagram account at a time. To run several accounts side by side, give each one its own Chrome profile with the extension connected, and keep those profiles open during your working hours.
Anyone quoting you meaningfully more than that on Instagram is quoting you a ban. New accounts ramp through warmup before they send at all, and sending follows working hours rather than running flat out at 3am.
No, and we would rather say so up front. The extension only runs while that browser is open. Close it or shut the computer and the account pauses. Campaigns, leads and progress are kept, and it picks up again when you reopen the browser.
That is the trade for running on your own IP and your own Instagram session instead of a rented proxy. Running from your own connection, at human pace, lowers the risk. It does not remove it: automating Instagram always carries some risk of restriction.
It takes about two minutes on Chrome 114 or newer, on a desktop computer. Download the zip from the Extension page in your dashboard, unzip it to a folder you will keep, open chrome://extensions, turn on Developer mode, click Load unpacked and pick that folder. A connect tab opens by itself.
Then sign in inside the extension, type or pick your Instagram username, choose a pace (Balanced by default, or Conservative), open Instagram and press Start.
A Chrome Web Store listing is on the way. Until then you load it yourself in Developer mode. Chrome then shows a Developer-mode notice when it starts. That is Chrome's standard notice for any extension loaded this way, and it is safe to dismiss.
Mac users can update it later with one Terminal command shown in the dashboard.
Instagram. If X, LinkedIn or TikTok is part of your requirement today, we are not the right tool yet.
Yes. We will walk you through a live workspace end to end — sourcing a list, launching a campaign, warmup pacing, the inbox with the AI replying, and a booking landing back on the lead. Email us and send a couple of time slots.
Yes — a documented REST API plus an MCP server, so you can enroll leads from your own CRM and read campaign state back out. See the API reference.
Start on the free trial and see it run on a real account, or ask us anything first — we will tell you when we are not the right fit.
